About me
Paula Fiscus is a Secondary Instructional Specialist at the East Central Education Service Center (ECESC), where she helps secondary educators enhance their teaching practices. With experience as an Instructional Coach and AP/DC English Teacher, Paula specializes in curriculum design and instructional strategies. She also supports apprenticeship and work-based learning programs to connect students with workforce opportunities. She facilitates several regional communities of practice that bring key stakeholders together to learn from each other and share best practices. A Purdue University alum, Paula has taught Middle and High School English and is dedicated to fostering critical thinking and empowering educators to drive student success.
