Administrator at Rising Sun High School for 25 years. Rising Sun High School has been an endorsed early college high school since 2021. The Shiners were part of the first Rural Early College Network (RECN) from 2019-2024. Rising Sun High School will now be a mentor school in the RECN 2.0 starting in 2025. Go Shiners!!
