About me
Victoria Phair serves as the Postsecondary Transitions Manager for the Indiana Commission for Higher Education. In this role, she leads statewide efforts to support students as they transition from high school to postsecondary opportunities through Indiana Pre‑Admissions: Your Path to College and the state FAFSA outreach strategy.
Victoria previously worked in Student Life at The University of Alabama and oversaw the Lewis J. Burger Center for Leadership and Public Service at Bradley University. Victoria also has experience in inpatient and outpatient community mental health.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Work from Bradley University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington.
