About me
Cindy Long serves as the Assistant Executive Director for the Indiana Association of School Principals, where she leads advocacy efforts and supports school leaders across the state. Cindy began her career as a Language Arts teacher before moving into school leadership. She earned her Master's degree from Purdue University and brings more than 20 years of experience in public education. At IASP, Cindy works alongside state policymakers, educational partners, and school leaders to advocate for Indiana’s school leaders while supporting professional growth, student programs, and leadership development across the state.
