About me
Joshua Blossom, Principal of Wabash Middle/High School has nearly two decades of administrative experience specialized in driving secondary and postsecondary pathways. A dedicated advocate for Early College frameworks, Joshua initiated the Wabash High School Early College program, earning full endorsement from the University of Indianapolis Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) as the 13th endorsed program in Indiana. He pioneered the Wabash Pathways to Career and Postsecondary (P-CAP) program, integrating core subjects into Advanced Manufacturing and Construction through Project-Based Learning. An active member of the Early College, Rural Early College, and P-CAP Networks, Joshua has presented on school leadership, strategic four-year planning, and innovative student programming. He holds an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Indiana State University and is currently completing his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Administration at Ball State University.
