About me
Hello! My name is Jaelyn Winkle and I am the Assistant Principal for Early College at Winchester Community High School. This is my 12th year in education and my 9th year in this role. As Assistant Principal for Early College, I oversee all things related to dual credit, student academic supports, and communication with higher education partners. Other job responsibilities include professional development, teacher evaluation, secondary test coordination, master scheduling, and scholarships. Additionally, I am the library media specialist for our district.
My personal educational passions lie in project based learning and curriculum development. I am a proud member of our WCHS P-TECH team and love helping to create meaningful educational experiences for our students that connect their passions with authentic purpose.
My husband and I have two sons, ages 9 and 6. I enjoy planning trips and traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
