About me
I have 28 years of experience in K-12 education, having served as a high school social studies teacher and boys basketball coach, a middle school assistant principal, a high school assistant principal, a high school principal, and a district administrator. In my current role at the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, I serve as the Director of Academic Affairs and Transfer, overseeing all dual credit initiatives, including the Indiana College Core, as well as the Core Transfer Library and Transfer Single Articulation Pathways (TSAPs) for the State of Indiana. I earned my bachelor and master of science degrees from Indiana University. I grew up in Columbus, but have lived most of my adult life in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. I have been married to my wife Brooke for 31 years and we have 3 adult daughters, Anna (who is now married), Abby (soon to be married), and Olivia, all college graduates, and a son, Daniel, who will be a sophomore at Purdue this fall.
