Dianne Lassai Barker serves as Deputy Executive Director of Program and Policy Strategy for the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP), where her work centers on advancing higher education attainment and career advancement for all students. As the sole accrediting body for dual and concurrent enrollment partnerships, NACEP supports programs in meeting rigorous quality standards that promote seamless transitions to college and meaningful, sustained professional development for instructors, program staff, and district personnel. Prior to joining NACEP as staff, Dianne served as a member of the NACEP Board of Directors, bringing both practitioner and system-level perspectives to the organization’s governance and strategic direction.In her current role, Dianne leads national efforts to engage states through relationship building and structured technical assistance, supports state and system-level policy strategy, and convenes stakeholders to strengthen dual and concurrent enrollment policy and practice. She is particularly skilled at navigating complex, multi-system state environments and is deeply connected within state system office landscapes across the country. Along with her many responsibilities, she provides leadership for NACEP’s State Agency Roundtable Cohort, and the twenty NACEP Affiliated Chapters, while also playing a key role in supporting the NACEP Accreditation process.With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, Dianne served as Director of Secondary Education Initiatives and Dual Enrollment for the Technical College System of Georgia, where she provided system-level leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of dual-enrollment programs across Georgia’s 22 technical colleges. Dianne also served as the Dual Enrollment Coordinator at Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, GA, managing partnerships with local school districts, overseeing day-to-day program operations, and recruiting and supporting students and instructors navigating the dual enrollment experience.A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Dianne resides in the metro Atlanta, GA area with her family.
